The Nook, Morpeth Town Villa

The nearest airport is conveniently 28 km away, so I was thrilled to be able to catch my flight quickly after my stay. Towels were provided in the holiday home, saving me the hassle of bringing my own.

Oh, how I wished the bathrobes were bedazzled, it would have truly elevated my elegant stay.

Additionally, I highly recommend getting a National Trust membership to save money on visits to interesting places.

The room at The Nook was just what I needed, mate. Cozy and snug, it made me feel right at home. The bathroom was tidy with a nice, hot shower. And having a hairdryer was a lifesaver for my unruly hair!

Just a minor thing, but the bathroom could use a bit more space. But hey, that's just me!

The Nook is a mind-blowing property with super clean and well-equipped rooms. The location is jaw-dropping, perfect for hiking and walking the dog. With free wi-fi, parking, and a flat-screen TV, it's a home away from home. Plus, nearby golf and tennis courts are a bonus for sports enthusiasts. Pets are allowed too, making it an even more enjoyable stay. No smoking on-site.

Spacious bathroom with a refreshing shower and a hairdryer that could rival a glam squad's tools. Plus, indulging in the soft towels provided made me feel like royalty!

Lounge could be a little dark, but can be easily brightened by opening the blinds and turning on all the lights. Personal preference for bigger mugs and bath sheet towels.

The Nook in Morpeth Town is a good gem nestled in a beautiful town. We loved being just a short walk away from the town center and the picturesque river.

In terms of drawbacks, we did find the lounge a bit dark. keeping the blind open and turning on all the lights easily remedied that.
